The place / its character

Palmira Art Hotel · 18th floor · Moscow

A restaurant with its own rhythm

The experience is shaped by the kitchen, the city after dark and the way guests move between spaces. The main hall can be used as one room or divided into zones, while two VIP rooms offer a more private setting.

Live fire is part of the identity

Northern produce and seasonal ingredients meet Japanese precision in texture and presentation. Open fire shapes not only meat and fish, but vegetables too. The kitchen is central to the experience.
